Alex is a next generation lawyer who is passionate about VC and PE investments, crypto and Web3. At Sparring, Alex focuses his practice on commercial and corporate law (particularly M&A), startup financing and VC fund structuring, thus advising clients on both ends of the VC financing equation. Prior to joining Sparring, Alex gained valuable experience at renowned Slovak law firms.
