⚖️  What You’ll Do

As part of the Sparring team, you’ll have a dynamic and impactful role. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Advising clients on M&A, investments, corporate structures, deal negotiations, and strategic advisory.
  • Supporting our clients with commercial contracts, data protection, and venture investments.
  • Collaborating on innovative legaltech solutions, such as Trama, Playbook, or Verdikto, shaping the future of legal profession.
  • Being actively involved in scaling our practice through contributions to sales, education, and marketing efforts.

 

🔎  What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a lawyer with a passion for innovation and technology who is excited about working with startups. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Czech law degree with experience in M&A, Corporate, Contracts, IP, Health, or Data Protection law.
  • A startup mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex problems in tech and law.
  • Fluent English skills (C1 level), including legal English, and strong communication skills.
  • A growth-oriented mindset – we love working with people who are constantly learning and improving.
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Crypto Sales Professional

We are now looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Crypto Sales Professional who will take care of the new legal business opportunities within our emerging activities in the Crypto space. It is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for extraordinary challenges and professional growth in an environment represented by the best crypto law professionals in the CEE region and can make the most use out of his/hers/their existing network in the Crypto community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving growth of the B2B Crypto portfolio on a global level, especially in the field providing professional legal services
  • Acquisition of new business opportunities across the crypto sector by providing high-value offers in the field of legal advisory and other related services provided by Vacuum Group (consultations and guidance, software development)
  • Maintaining a very good relationship with potential and existing clients, driving cross and up-sell activities
  • Bring proactively important topics from the legal space and the Crypto community 
  • Orchestrate our own Vacuum Group wide resources and competences to achieve key business goals 
  • Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the offering structures, market strategy and objectives
  • Reporting updates to the CEO and stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
  • Building strategic partnerships and relationships within the Vacuum Group to drive common growth of business                                       

 

Requirements

 

  • +3 years of experience in the Sales and Business Development field in a high growth start-up or scale-up, preferably a technological company which provides services or products on a global level. Or you were a founder of a crypto startup. 
  • Blockchain Technology: An understanding of blockchain technology, its mechanics, and its applications within the financial and technology sector
  • Cryptocurrencies: Knowledge of various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other prominent altcoins. Familiarity with their unique features, use cases, and market trends.
  • Tokenization: Understanding of tokenization, token standards, and their role in enabling digital assets, security tokens, and decentralized applications
  • Basic understanding of fields like NFT, DeFi, Exchanges, Wallets, Security and Legal aspects of crypto business
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and relationships, you have a “Hunter” profile and natural “hunger” for success
  • Eagerness to learn some new fields of business, develop and execute a high performance sales and business development within the Crypto space
  • You have a great network within the Crypto industry in the CEE region and globally, especially to stakeholders, founders or venture capitalists
