For ongoing cooperation
We set a monthly subscription fee based on our review of your typical legal agenda and your priorities for the next 3 months (no vendor lock-in). Pricing is based on discounted rates of USD 250/hr and starts at USD 1250 per month.
For time & material
When you are unsure how much you might need us, we will work on an hourly basis like a traditional firm, but with the nontraditional pricing of USD 300/hr.
For specific projects
Whether you are approaching financing rounds, or setting up a corporate structure, we can work with your team on a fixed module fee – meaning no surprises on the invoice!
