How we helped:

Day-to-day legal operation

Acting as in-house counsel, Sparring supports the team with day-to-day legal operations including employment contracts.

Sales support

To support ongoing sales, we work directly with the Sales Department to improve the efficiency of the contract lifecycle and assist in signing MSAs with new clients.

Scaling

We work with Vacuumlabs across all departments to ensure their scaling is compliant across Slovak, Czech and US jurisdictions; and support them with external counsels where and when necessary.

Corporate

We advise Vacuumlabs regarding corporate transfers, set ups, and structures – supporting the company’s international growth, expanding the spin-off portfolio, while also ensuring efficiency of its processes.
